How do I become a SAFTA member?Check out our Membership Page!
How much are annual SAFTA dues?$250 per calendar year for Full membership (food trucks)
$150 per calendar year for Associate membership (non-food trucks)
Do I also get access to vending locations once I become a SAFTA member?No, SAFTA has a booking program for its members at an additional cost.
How do I book a SAFTA truck?Contact the truck directly using the orange "Contact Truck" button on the truck's individual page.

How many trucks should I book for my event?SAFTA suggests:
200 people per truck if it's a food truck centered event
400 people per truck if it's a non-food truck centered event (i.e. car show, etc.)
How much should I charge for my event?SAFTA suggests 10% of gross sales (after tax) or if charging a flat fee the vendor should make 10 times the fee (i.e. If the fee is $100, each food truck should make at least $1000 in gross sales.)
Is there a minimum charge to hire a truck for a catering?Most food trucks charge at least $600 minimum (food only) but be sure to verify with individual trucks.
How far in advance do I need to book a truck for my event?Most food trucks actively book events up to 2 months in advance, so be sure to verify availability with individual trucks.
